Technology plays a vital role in every classroom's educational program. Students are expected to develop a wide range of technological skills at each Stage of their primary schooling.
The iPad is a fabulous enabler of 21st century learning (creativity, communication, collaboration, critical thinking) which is now mandatory in the National Curriculum. At Carlingford West iPads are used 1:1 in years 3-6 through our BYOD policy, meaning that every student has an iPad to use each day. iPads are also used in class sets from years K-2.
All devices are linked to the School Intranet and Safe Internet Browsing and Email (SIBE)
